“What Options and Resources are Available When a Loved One Needs More Care and Support

Nancy L. Kriseman, MSW, is an Atlanta based geriatric social worker with more than 35 years of experience providing counseling, consultation, and training to family caregivers, eldercare service providers, long-term care communities, and national aging organizations. She has published numerous articles on aging issues and has three books on caregiving. 

This presentation will help you think through what other options and resources are available, and how to assess these options and resources. Ideas about how to transition your loved one when he or she needs more support and care will be discussed.
