Started by members of Central, Plymouth Harbor is a ministry of the church serving older adults:
* Adults from their 50s – 90s with different diagnoses of physical or cognitive impairment.
* Older adults who may not wish or are not able to stay home alone for extended periods of time.
* Older adults who can benefit from social interaction and a structured environment.

The four-day-a-week program provides the occasional respite for older adults and their caregivers. While participants are at Plymouth Harbor, we fill their day with meaningful activity. We have weekly performances by local musicians, interactions with pets and children, cooking projects, nature walks, games, parties, and exercise programs for all physical abilities. We provide morning snacks and delicious lunches.
